The list

Six points to check

  • Exact company name, address and registration number published in the contractual documents.
  • The activity actually authorized and the competent authority in the country concerned.
  • Identity of the depositary or account keeper, if any.
  • Full fee schedule, including the underlying assets.
  • Complaints procedure and stated response time.
  • Privacy policy and data retention period.
